If you do not find value in our service you may request a refund during the first 30 days of your Domestic, Premium, or All Access subscription. To cancel your subscription and request a refund send an email to [email protected]
All subscriptions auto-renew by default. If you would like to cancel the auto-renew feature please email us at [email protected] You will receive emails until the end of your subscription, but you will not be charged again.
Refunds must be requested during the first 30 days of your subscription. We do not give prorated refunds (as of July 1st, 2018). If you signed up before July 1st, 2018, you may request a prorated refund. In that case, a $3 fee will be assessed and a refund given.
Auto-renewals are nonrefundable because they occur outside of the initial 30-day refund window.
If you registered for a free trial you may cancel at any time. If you do not wish to be charged be sure to cancel your account before the trial ends.
