Can I pause my Premium subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time for 1-6 month periods by logging into your Flights From Home account, heading to the “My Subscription” tab, and clicking “Pause Subscription.”

Can I cancel my Premium subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Flights From Home account, heading to the “My Subscription” tab, and clicking “Cancel Subscription.”

Can I select preferred departure airports?

Premium subscribers can select to receive deals out of Salt Lake City and/or Las Vegas. You can customize your preferences on the Email Alerts tab within your account.

How many deals can I expect to see with my Premium subscription?

On average, premium subscribers can expect to see 2-5 quality deals per day. We don’t hold ourselves to a set quota because we want to make sure every alert we send to your inbox is a quality deal!

Can I filter to receive deals to specific destinations?

While we do offer you the ability to select your departure airports, we do not have a feature that allows you to only see deals to specific destinations. 

A lot of our subscribers use our deals to book trips to destinations they hadn’t ever thought of traveling to, and we love seeing those life changing experiences! 

Can I request a deal for specific travel dates?

Due to the nature of our service, we aren’t able to take custom requests. You can always let us know destinations you’re interested in and general time frames, and though we can’t make any guarantees, we can keep an eye out for you! Just shoot us an email to [email protected]

Do you send deals for business and first class?

The deals we send are primarily for basic economy and economy tickets, though we are exploring the possibility of sending business and first class deals in the future. 

You can always check business and first class ticket prices with every deal we send to see if they are also on sale. This isn’t always the case, but it does happen!

How do I update my email address?

You can update your email address by logging into your Flights From Home account, heading to the “My Account” tab, and entering your new email address.

How do I update my payment information?

You can update your payment information by logging into your Flights From Home account, heading to the “My Subscription” tab, and clicking “Update Card Details.”

Can I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription before it ends?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee with every premium subscription. If you choose to cancel after that period, we are not able to offer a prorated refund. 

Though cancellations past 30 days do not qualify for a refund, you can select to cancel your auto-renewal and still receive the deals through the end of your billing cycle.

Can I add more than one email address to my Premium account to receive the deals?

No, premium subscribers can only attach one email address to their premium subscription. 

How do I know if my credit card information is secure?

Payments are secure and processed by Stripe using AES-256 encryption technology, which is trusted by companies like Facebook, Lyft, Adidas, and many others.
