If your heart was set on consuming copious amounts of fresh French cheese and powder, fear not, there is plenty of cheese and snow available. And more good news, vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers are welcome, with entry requirements!
If you are vaccinated and planning a trip to France, you’ll have to plan on visiting a French pharmacy to receive your QR code for your vaccine passport. Travelers can only receive codes through French pharmacies! At the pharmacy, you will need to show your passport & vaccination certificate. Make sure your vaccination certificate shows your full name, date of birth, vaccination dates, the number of doses, and the country where the vaccination occurred. Having this information handy will make the process of obtaining a vaccine passport that much easier. Then, you will be issued a QR code. To find a designated French pharmacy, use this map. Along with obtaining a vaccine passport upon arrival, travelers will need to present a negative COVID-19 test (PCR or antigen) performed 48 hours before departure.
If you are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, you must provide a compelling reason for travel and a negative COVID-19 test (PCR or antigen) performed 48 hours before departure. Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers will be tested upon arrival and must quarantine for 7 days as well. If you test positive upon arrival, you will have to quarantine for 10 days. At the end of the 7 or 10 day self-isolation period, you will be required to take another PCR test.

No further announcements have been made regarding the following phases of their plan, which was to ultimately allow all vaccinated travelers around the world to enter New Zealand.
