Of course, each trip is remembered by the food we eat.

Ireland with my daughter Julia in April 2019, with the full Irish breakfast and a week of driving on narrow roads in a manual car I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

September 2019: Mexico City with my husband Kevin and son Seth to visit his Church mission. Street food and beautiful people.

Greece October 2019 for Kevin’s birthday: Athens, Hydra, Crete. Greek salads, and fresh seafood. Can I say: Crete, Crete, Crete! One of my favorite places on earth.

Germany: Mannheim and Heidelberg in January 2020 to visit our son Christian and Bonnie, his wife, joined by Emma, my niece, visiting from London. Best bratwurst and potato salad ever. Quintessential German Village award goes to Weinheim.
